Description
Åre kommun avser genom denna upphandling att teckna avtal om insamling, transport, omlastning och fjärrtransport av kommunalt avfall inom Åre kommun (”Uppdraget”). Uppdraget omfattar bland annat: - Insamling av restavfall och matavfall från hushåll och verksamheter. - Tömning av avfallskärl, containrar, komprimatorer samt mark- och underjordsbehållare. - Budade extratömningar och akuta extratömningar. - Tömning av uppsamlingsplats inklusive betalsäckstationer och CUS. - Transport av avfall från abonnent till omlastningsstation. - Tillhandahållande av omlastningsstation samt vägning och omlastning av insamlat avfall. - Fjärrtransport av avfall till behandlingsanläggning. - Utsättning, utbyte, återtag, märkning, registrering och enklare reparation av avfallskärl. Beställaren ansvarar för kundtjänst, abonnentregister och fakturering av avfallsavgifter. Uppdraget omfattar hela Åre kommun inklusive öar med fast landförbindelse. Uppdraget är inte föremål för anbudsräkning i egen regi. Avtalets fullständiga omfattning, krav och villkor framgår av upphandlingsdokumenten i dess helhet, inklusive kravspecifikationen med tillhörande bilagor och underavsnitt.
