Description
Avtalet omfattar insamling och omhändertagande av före detta livsmedel, enligt 15 kap. 3 § miljöbalken, från livsmedelsbutiker i Hällefors, Lindesberg, Ljusnarsberg och Nora kommuner.
Participation requirements
- Anbudsgivarens ekonomiska styrka skall vara tillräcklig i förhållande till uppdragets storlek.
- Förfrågningsunderlaget innehåller ett antal obligatoriska krav. Förutsättningen för att ett anbud ska kunna utvärderas är att dessa krav är uppfyllda.
- Antagen anbudsgivaren skall ha kännedom om verksamheten och de lagar och förordningar som reglerar densamma.
