Description
Avtalet omfattar insamling av återvinningsmaterial. Det innebär att inhämta och tömma rullstöd, balar, säckar, olika storlekar av kärl samt några containrar med källsorterat återvinningsmaterial från beställarnas fastigheters soprum eller hämtningsställen. Entreprenören ska tillhandahålla kärl och rullstöd (rullburar) till Örnsköldsviks kommun, Övik Energi AB och Miljö och Vatten i Örnsköldsvik AB (MIVA). Några kärl hyrs av AB Övikshem, men de äger merparten av sina kärl och containrar. Materialet omfattar fraktionerna: · Tidningar (skrivpapper, tidningar, reklam), · Pappersförpackningar (kartong, mjölkförpackningar etc.) och Well (kartong), · förpackningar av färgat glas, · förpackningar av ofärgat glas, · plastförpackningar (mjuka och hårda), · metallförpackningar. Alla fraktioner, utom tidningar, lyder under producentansvar. Tidningar räknas numera som kommunalt avfall och entreprenören måste vara auktoriserad av MIVA för att samla in tidningar. Kommunen har även insamlingsansvaret för förpackningar från hushåll och samlokaliserade verksamheter och entreprenören måste även vara auktoriserad av Miva för att samla in dessa fraktioner.
