Description
De opdracht omvat het nieuwe VRT gebouw in Brussel van een inrichting te voorzien. De in te richten ruimtes maken deel uit van de publieke zones, de representatieve ruimtes, de kantoorvloeren en de productieruimtes. Deze opdracht bestaat uit 3 percelen: • Ontwerp & realisatie • Inrichting • Exploitatie Het uitvoeringsontwerp en de coördinatie van de realisatie gaan meteen van start na de gunning. Deze opdracht heeft tot doel het nieuw gebouw tijdig in te richten binnen het gestelde kader om zo tijdig tot het gewenste resultaat te komen. De inrichting zelf wordt opgenomen in een 2de perceel. De opdrachtnemer biedt op basis van ontwerpen en stijlgidsen van bouwstenen, oplossingen aan om tot een totaalinrichting te komen. Dit conform de beschreven functionaliteiten en materialisatie. De producten die effectief zullen worden besteld, worden ook geleverd en gebruiksklaar opgesteld. Van dit raamcontract kan tijdens de volledige looptijd worden afgenomen voor het realiseren van (her)inrichtingen in het nieuwe gebouw of op andere VRT locaties. In het kader van verdere exploitatie bevat dit raamcontract ook het luik assetbeheer, ontwerp en onderhoud. Voorkeur om met 1 partij …
