Description
With this notice, it is intended to initiate a market consultation, in compliance with the provisions of Art.40 of Directive 2014/24/EU, as transposed by Article 77 of Legislative Decree 36/2023. IPZS is the reference point for the safeguard of the primary interests of the State through products and services that ensure security, health protection, anti-counterfeiting, and traceability. IPZS products, such as documents and Stale label, rely on various security components. To ensure state-of-the-art products that minimize the risks of counterfeiting and forgery, IPZS implements a policy of continuous technological innovation and introduces increasingly advanced and complex physical and logical security elements to deter counterfeiting and forgery. The innovation requirement identified by IPZS is the development of innovative solutions for the protection of documents and State labels, based on physical-logical security elements capable of implementing security, authenticated by validation applications (mobile app and web app), to counter the evolution of counterfeiting and forgery techniques, and is aimed at putting these solutions into production.
