Description
Die BWI GmbH erwägt eine\nRahmenvereinbarung über Software as a Service(SaaS) (Softwarelizenzen und Softwarepflege als Miete) für das Ideen- und Innovationsmanagement der BWI im Wege eines offenen Verfahrens\n(gem. § 15 VgV) mit einem Wirtschaftsteilnehmer abzuschließen. Der Vertrag wird mit einer\nLaufzeit von maximal vier Jahren abgeschlossen (4 Jahre Grundlaufzeit nach § 21 Abs. 6\nVgV).\nDer Auftragsgegenstand umfasst folgende Leistungen:\n- SaaS( Softwarelizenzen Miete) inkl.\nSoftwarepflege und Support\n- Dienstleistungen in Form von Implementierungs-, Migrations- und\nSchulungsleistungen
