Description
Die BWI GmbH (im Folgenden: "BWI") erwägt folgenden Rahmenvertrag mit einem Vertragspartner über die Instandhaltungs- und Instandsetzungsleistungen von einem Micorplex Hochleistungs-Endlosdruckers Microplex F140 in Höhe von geschätzt 159.261,49 Euro netto (Obergrenze, d. h. bis zu 238.892,23 Euro (netto) - siehe Anlage 1 zum EVV "Auftragswertschätzung) im Rahmen eines Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb gem. § 14 Abs. 3 VgV zu vergeben. Der Rahmenvertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von maximal 4 Jahren (2 Jahre Grundlaufzeit, mit 2-maliger Verlängerungsoption um jeweils 1 Jahr) abgeschlossen.
