Description
Upphandlingen avser en inköps- och upphandlingssystemslösning som ska stödja, kvalitetssäkra och effektivisera hela processen från upphandling till beställning och betalning. Då en stor del av de inköp som genomförs årligen är tjänster av olika slag så är behovet en systemlösning som har ett välutvecklat stöd för tjänsteinköp. Systemlösningen avser ett eller flera integrerade system som tillsammans ska innehålla funktionalitet enligt kravspecifikationen för inköpssystem med fakturahantering och upphandlingssystem med avtalskatalog.
