Description

Mellanskånes Renhållnings AB, 556214–7800, har för avsikt att ingå avtal med PWS Nordic AB, 556812-4407 avseende inköp av avfallskärl med tillhörande byte av existerande avfallskärl (CPV-kod 44616200-3). Existerande avfallskärl ska bytas ut till s.k. fyrfackskärl under avtalstiden som löper till och med den 31 december 2024. Avtalsvärdet uppgår till ca 9 miljoner kr. Avtalet ingås genom upphandling utan föregående annonsering enligt 6 kap 14 § 1 st 2 p lagen (2016:1145) om offentlig upphandling, d.v.s. det bedöms av tekniska skäl inte föreligga någon konkurrens på marknaden.
