Hanke objektiks on testsüsteem, millega saab määrata inimese DNA-profiili kohtuekspertiisi rakendustes lühikeste tandeemsete kordusjärjestuste alusel autosoomsetes lookustes. Testsüsteem peab sobima nii sündmuskohaproovide kui isikuproovide genotüpeerimiseks.
