Description
De doelstelling van deze Europese openbare aanbesteding is het selecteren en contracteren van één (1) Opdrachtnemer voor het beschikbaar stellen van tijdelijk personeel op het gebied van toezichthouders en boa’s. De gevraagde dienstverlening betreft het tijdelijk ter beschikking stellen van personeel voor toezichthoudende taken als toezichthouder en handhaver (boa). Dit omvat het uitvoeren van toezicht op naleving van wet- en regelgeving, het handhaven van regels, en het afhandelen van meldingen in verschillende gebieden. Het personeel moet beschikken over de noodzakelijke kwalificaties en ervaring om effectief op te treden en samen te werken met andere toezichthouders, boa’s en betrokken partijen.
