Description
Je werkt bij de afdeling Informatiemanagement. Informatiemanagement is net als zorginhoudelijk advies en fondsenbeheer een kerntaak van Zorginstituut Nederland. Gedurende de migratie naar de Microsoft 365 omgeving wordt MS Teams geimplementeerd en in beheer genomen. De gebruikers zullen met deze nieuwe werkwijze gaan werken. Van jou wordt verwacht dat je mede deelneemt aan het migratieproject DNW waarbij jouw focus zal liggen op de inrichting en het opzetten van het regulier beheer van MS Teams. Je zult gebruikersgroepen kunnen ondersteunen in workshops om de nieuwe werkwijze eigen te maken. Extra support om de huidige functioneel beheerders te ondersteunen maakt deel uit van de opdracht.
