Description
De opdracht omvat de inhuur van personeel voor allerlei voorkomende ICT (project)werkzaamheden ten behoeve van piek- en ziekperiodes voor aanvullende capaciteit of specifieke deskundigheid. Vanuit dat perspectief heeft TU Delft de behoefte aan invulling van diverse ICT functies/ functieprofielen met verschillende ICT specialisaties en functieniveaus. TU Delft is op zoek naar een Dienstverlener als intermediair voor inzet van Zelfstandigen Zonder Personeel (ZZP’ers) en/of personeel van andere toeleveranciers (zijnde werkgever van Kandidaten). De Dienstverlener is verantwoordelijk voor de juiste, volledige en tijdige afhandeling van financiële, juridische, arbeidsrechtelijke, fiscale, contractuele en administratieve aspecten van (inhuur)overeenkomsten met ZZP’ers en/of personeel van andere toeleveranciers, waarbij de overeenkomst met TU Delft als uitgangspunt geldt.
