Description
Het doel van deze niet-openbare Europese aanbesteding is het selecteren van één ingenieursbureau waarmee de gemeente een raamovereenkomst sluit (looptijd van 4 jaar met drie verlengopties van 2 jaar) voor alle voorkomende ingenieursdiensten in de GWW-sector die nodig zijn voor het bouw- en woonrijp maken van het bedrijventerrein Zuidoostflank Zierikzee. De focus ligt vooral op engineering & advisering. De raming van de opdracht (looptijd 10 jaar) wordt door de gemeente geschat op € 1.900.000,-. De gemeente is op basis van jurisprudentie (arrest ECLI:EU:C:2018:1034) verplicht om een maximale opdrachtwaarde op te nemen . De maximale opdrachtwaarde over de gehele looptijd inclusief verlengopties van de Raamovereenkomst wordt vastgesteld op € 3.800.000,- inclusief prijsindexaties, exclusief BTW. Gezien de grote onvoorspelbaarheid van deze dienstverlening wordt de marge van tweemaal het geraamde bedrag genomen. Het toekomstige bedrijventerrein kent een omvang van globaal 50 ha.
