Achiziţionarea unei Infrastructuri de comunicații satelitare, terminale și servicii, prin încheierea unui acord-cadru, pe o perioadă de 48 luni. Autoritatea contractantă va raspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare/informațiilor suplimentare o singură dată, în a 11 zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor pentru clarificările solicitate cu 18 zile înaintea termenului limită de depunere a ofertelor, precizat la secțiunea I.3) Comunicare din fisa de date.
