Description
Predmet nabave je nabava i prilagodba informacijskog sustava upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima (IS PU). Osnovna svrha IS PU je podrška upravljanju kadrovima i razvoju kadrova MORH i OSRH, a u širem smislu je podrška obrambenim aktivnostima u mirnodopskim i ratnim uvjetima. IS PU mora olakšati i ubrzati te učiniti kvalitetnijima različite aktivnosti personalnih poslova. U Prilogu 3. ove Dokumentacije o nabavi nalazi se opis predmeta nabave. Detaljna tehnička specifikacija predmeta nabave bit će dostupna sposobnim ponuditeljima u II. stupnju postupka nabave.
