L. Dérera, Bratislava na existujúcom objekte so súpisným číslom 11813, postavený na pozemku parc. registra ,,C“ č.: 5435/6, zapísaný na LV č.: 4252, okres BA III, obec Bratislava – Bratislava – Nové Mesto, k.ú. Vinohrady. PD dodaná spoločnosťou ARCHITEKTONICKÁ KANCELÁRIA GD, Devín 4283, 841 10Bratislava, ING. ARCH. GABRIEL DROBNIAK, IČO: 22 640 584. Ide o stavebno-technické riešenia týkajúce sa: • Zateplenie obvodových stien • Výmena okien a dverí • Sanácia balkónov a terás • Výmena vrstiev areálových komunikácii
