Description
Luleå Industripark heter det nya området som består av det redan etablerade området Svartön och en ny del på Hertsöfältet. Totalt omfattar området 125 hektar mark och beräknas vara fullt utbyggd till 2030. Denna upphandling omfattar delen med Hertsöfältet. Denna entreprenad avser förberedande mark-, och gatuarbeten, VA-arbeten, ledningsdragning, belysning samt pumpstationer på Hertsöfältet inför fortsatt exploatering. Projektet/utförandet ska ske i partnering/samverkan.
