Il CSI-Piemonte, in ragione delle esigenze interne al Consorzio, intende: • verificare l’esistenza sul mercato di soluzioni dotate - in tutto o in parte - delle caratteristiche funzionali e tecniche, atte a soddisfare le esigenze espresse per la gestione del servizio di Call Center e la sua integrazione con la soluzione CRM ed ITSM utilizzata in CSI Piemonte; • verificare le condizioni di messa a disposizione/distribuzione delle soluzioni esistenti sulla base delle caratteristiche funzionali e tecniche richieste; • conoscere le stime di massima su costi e tempi di messa a disposizione.
