Procedura de achizitie publica se desfasoara in scopul atribuirii contractului de achizitie publica avand ca obiect "INCHIRIERE ECHIPAMENTE MEDICALE PENTRU IRO IASI - proiect COLONPREV – Prevenția cancerului colorectal prin screeningul populațiilor vulnerabile - Cod SMIS 349890 Apel PS/628/PS_P1/OP4/ESO4.11/PS_P1_ESO4.11_A1 - Organizarea de programe regionale de prevenție, depistare precoce, diagnostic și tratament precoce al cancerului colorectal – etapa a II-a Termenul limita pana la care orice operator poate solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare cu privire la procedura de atribuire este de 15 zile, inainte de termenul limita de depunere al ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatii suplimentare in a 10 a zi inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, conform art. 161 din Legea nr. 98/2016.
