Necesitatea achizitiei este detaliata in referatul de necesitate nr. 6174 din data de 16.05.2025, intocmit de Serviciul Productie: Închirierea unei garnituri de foraj si scule de manevra necesare realizării operațiilor de foraj, realizate de către utilajele din dotare la sonde in vederea înșurubării și deșurubării materialului tubular cu moment de strângere controlat, manevrării garniturilor de țevi introduse in sonda, foraj de la zero, adânciri de sonde, devieri de sonde și alte operații specifice activității foraj si de reparații capitale a sondelor de gaze. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). Entitatea Contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare / informatiilor suplimentare a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor / candidaturilor va fi de 18 zile. Totodata, potrivit prevederilor legale in vigoare, orice operator economic are dreptul de a solicita clarificari cu privire la continutul documentatiei de atribuire si implicit cu privire la cla…
