Description
Les prestations, objet du présent marché, concernent l'impression sur papier (fourniture, impression et livraison) pour la commune de Saint-Joseph. La forme retenue est celle de l'accord-cadre exécuté au moyen de bons de commande en application des articles R.2162-2, R.2162-4 à R.2162-6 et R.2162-13 à R.2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique. Il s'agit en l'espèce d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire. Le montant hors taxe, pour la période initiale, ainsi que pour chaque période de reconduction le cas échéant, sera compris entre un montant minimum de 2 000,00 HT et un montant maximum de 20 000,00 HT.
