Lgs. 50/2016 e s.m.i., in combinato disposto con l’art. 226, comma 2, lettera a) del D. Lgs. 36/2023 relativo al contratto n. 8526 del 16.07.2024 e atto variante senza oneri prot. n. 35289 del 14/11/2024, stipulati con la MED S.r.l..
