Description
This is a prior information notice where Sarpsborg municipality (also called the contracting authority) invites the supplier market to present a system for identity management and access management. Sarpsborg municipality shall procure a system for identity management and access management. Sarpsborg municipality would, thus, like to gain better knowledge of which products are available in the market before a competition starts. Tenderers are therefore invited to a dialogue conference where tenderers are invited to present their system. Sarpsborg municipality has few specific requirements in this prior information notice, but the solution must as a minimum be integrated with Visma Enterprise Plus, Microsoft EntraID and Devtec Cloud (service used for education to control access to the Internet).
