Description
La procedura si riferisce all’affidamento dei servizi di tesoreria come dettagliato nel relativo Capitolato Speciale d’Oneri. La durata massima dei singoli contratti è di 5 anni a decorrere dalla data di sottoscrizione dello stesso. La durata dell’appalto è di cinque anni (salvo diversi periodi come riportati nella Tabella 1 sopra inserita), decorrenti dalla sottoscrizione del contratto di appalto, o, in caso di affidamento anticipato, da tale data. Il contratto prenderà avvio non prima del 01.01.2024 (salvo diversi periodi come riportati nella Tabella 1 sopra inserita). E’ prevista l’opzione di rinnovo di cui al punto 3.3 del disciplinare di gara: su richiesta di ciascun Committente il contratto può essere rinnovato per un periodo di 5 anni alle medesime condizioni.
