Αντικείμενο της παρούσας σύμβασης είναι: Ι. Η προμήθεια δεκαέξι (16) δίκυκλων ηλεκτροκίνητων, ΙΙ. η λειτουργική χρονομίσθωση πενήντα τριών (53) ηλεκτρικών οχημάτων διαφόρων κατηγοριών και ΙΙΙ. η προμήθεια και εγκατάσταση υποδομής επαναφόρτισης οχημάτων στις εγκαταστάσεις της ΕΥΔΑΠ Α.Ε., σύμφωνα με τις απαιτήσεις και τις τεχνικές προδιαγραφές του Παραρτήματος Ι (Αναλυτική Περιγραφή Φυσικού και Οικονομικού Αντικειμένου της Σύμβασης) της διακήρυξης Δ7817.
