Kalmar kommun inbjuder intresserade leverantörer till att inkomma med anbudsansökan om att delta i Beställarens upphandling av förhyrning av verksamhetslokaler i centrum av stadsdelen Norrliden, som är en del av Kalmar stad. Kalmar kommun genomför en så kallad hyresvärdsupphandling, med vilket avser en process där upphandlande myndighet söker och tecknar avtal för lokaler som ska användas för myndighetens verksamhet.
