Description
Upphandlingen avser upphandling av ett projekteringsavtal som ska generera ett genomförandeavtal samt ett hyresavtal med vinnande anbudsgivare i denna upphandling. Detta ska tillgodose Polismyndighetens behov av fastighetsägare och hyresvärd i Täby. Hyresavtalet omfattar leverans av tjänsten som hyresvärd och rollen som fastighetsägare inom delar av de kommunägda fastigheterna Arninge 4:19 och Rönninge 3:5, under en hyresperiod om 12 alternativt 15 år. Leverantören ska ansvara för projektering och framtagande av handlingar såsom systemhandlingar samt rambeskrivningar, i samarbete med Polismyndigheten och utifrån Polismyndighetens krav, samt erforderliga detaljplanehandlingar.
