Description
Kriminalvården upphandlar en hyresvärd och fastighetsägare till en kriminalvårdsanstalt som ska uppföras för Kriminalvårdens räkning i Hörle i Värnamo kommun, och som därefter ska förhyras av Kriminalvården. Utöver att äga och förvalta kriminalvårdsanstalten ska hyresvärden vara byggherre och tillsammans med Kriminalvården ansvara för att kriminalvårdsanstalten uppförs.
