Huvuddel 1omfattar totalt 5 216 m2 och huvuddel 2 omfattar 3 600 m2.   Båda huvuddelarna omfattar hyresgästanpassningar inom bygg, el, belysning, styr, vent, VS, kyla och brandlarm
