Description
Upphandling av hyresavtal till Förvaltningsrätten i Härnösand Upphandlingen genomförs som en öppen upphandling. Domstolsverket har upprättat ett särskilt lokalprogram, ett rumsfunktionsprogram, generella riktlinjer för domstolslokaler samt ett hyresavtal för att anbudsgivarna ska kunna genomföra detaljprojektering och entreprenadarbeten men också inhämta erforderlinga myndighetstillstånd för att kunna upplåta en lokal genom hyresavtal samt fastighetsförvaltning. Ett av dessa skakrav avser uppfyllnad av Sveriges Domstolars arkitekturpolicy , vilken finns bifogad i upphandlingsunderlaget.
