Description

Östersunds kommun inbjuder leverantörer att inkomma med anbudsansökan om att få lämna anbud i upphandling av ett hyresavtal för särskilt boende, för äldre i Östersunds kommun. Hyresavtalet avses utformas som ett lokalhyresavtal. I detta steg av upphandlingsprocessen efterfrågas endast att Anbudssökanden ansöker om att få delta i upphandlingen och därmed får möjligheten att bli kvalificerad att inkomma med anbud i steg 2, enligt villkor i denna, ansökningsinbjudan inklusive bilagor.
