Upphandlingen omfattar Hyresavtal avseende lokal för arkivförvaring inklusive den byggentreprenad som hyresavtalet förutsätter. Leverarantörens åtagande enligt upphandlingsdokumentet omfattar i huvudsak projektering, iordningställande/anpassning och uthyrning av lokaler avsedda för arkivförvaring i enlighet med beställarens behov. I hyresvärdsuppdraget ingår även drift- och underhållsorganisation. Avtal kommer att tecknas med en (1) leverantör.
