Description
Västerås stad och inbjuder till att lämna anbud i upphandling av ramavtal för Hyrbilar. Upphandlingen genomförs utifrån de miljö- och säkerhetskrav som Västerås stads riktlinjer föreskriver inom detta område. Västerås stad och samtliga avropsberättigade parter vill erbjuda sina medarbetare en hyrbilstjänst som är tilltalande och användarvänlig i alla led. Syftet med upphandlingen är att Anbudsgivaren ska tillhandahålla Köparen lämpliga fordon (hyrbilar) som ska fylla behovet av ett komplement till Beställarens befintliga bilpark samt även som generellt hyrbilsavtal för främst Västerås stads kommunala bolag vid behov av hyrbil för kortare perioder där ett fåtal dagar kan bli aktuella. Beställaren är i behov av olika storlekar av hyrbilar och hyrtider beroende på vilket ändamål eller tjänsteuppdrag som bilhyran avser. Behovet är både korttidshyra samt längre hyresperioder men avser till största delen längre perioder där perioder till upp till 6-8 månader kan bli aktuella.
