Upphandlingen gäller hyra av liftfordon. Polismyndigheten har återkommande behov av liftfordon. Behovet finns i hela Sverige och omfattar både kortare och längre hyresperioder. Liftarna används främst i stadsmiljö och landsbygd, men kan även förekomma i terräng och i vissa fall inomhusmiljöer.
