Description
Kantaverkkoyhtiö Fingrid toteuttaa hankinnan HVDC-suurjännitemerikaapelien tarkan vianpaikannuksen merioperointipalveluihin ja tähän liittyvään kehitysyhteistyöhön. Tarkan vianpaikannuksen toiminnallinen konsepti jakautuu mittausteknologiaosuuteen, vedenlaisiin ROV-operointiratkaisuihin ja edelleen merellä toimiviin aluspalveluihin. Tämä hankinta kohdentuu meripalveluihin käsittäen vedenalaiset ROV-ratkaisut sekä toisaalta aluspalvelut. Tarkan vianpaikannuksen toteutukseen hyödynnettävä mittausteknologia rajautuu tämän hankinnan ulkopuolelle mutta kuitenkin siten, että näiden integraatioihin liittyvät teknologiset reunaehdot tulee pystyä tarjoajan toteuttamaan yhteistyössä mittalaitevalmistajien kanssa. Toiminta on tietyin osin kehitysluonteista edellyttäen organisaatiorajapinnat ylittävää yhteistoimintaa ja siihen liittyvää merkityksellistä halua valikoitujen toimijoiden kesken.
