Description
Inköpscentralen kommer att teckna "dynamiskt inköpsavtal". Med "dynamiskt inköpsavtal" avses här en form av ramavtal, dvs ett avtal för senare tilldelning av placeringsavtal, som är öppet för nya leverantörer att ansluta sig till under avtalets giltighetstid. Observera att det inte är ett dynamiskt inköpssystem som avses. Anbud kan lämnas antingen i den här initiala upphandlingen alternativt under det dynamiska inköpsavtalets giltighetstid för anslutning till avtalet i efterhand.
