Description
Ramavtal avseende platser på hem för vård och boende (HVB) för personer från 21 år och uppåt, och i vissa fall från 18 år, med psykosocialt stöd, psykosocial behandling samt omvårdnad med behandlingsinslag. Insatserna ska bidra till förbättringar av den enskildes livssituation, vara fokuserade på missbruksproblematiken samt vara inriktad på korta behandlingstider med en planering för fortsatt vård i öppna former i hemkommunen.
