Description

Projekt Humlemaden består av tre bostadshus med cirka 400 lägenheter uppförda i början av 1960-talet. Varje byggnadskropp består av 4 trapphus (A-D) med lägenheter i nio plan, kallvind med teknikutrymmen samt full källare innehållande teknikutrymmen, bostadsservice samt skyddsrum. Projektet har genomgått en större renovering på 1980-talet varvid huset bland annat tilläggsisolerades och ursprunglig fasadbeklädnad byttes ut samt att entréplanet delvis byggdes om från bostäder till lokaler för tvättstugor samt förskola. I samma ombyggnad förlängdes balkonger samt entréer utökades med lokaler för miljörum.
