Description
De Stichting 113 Zelfmoordpreventie, afdeling Hulpverlening zoekt een partner (of samenwerkingsverband) die flexibel kan voorzien in een behoefte aan bemensing van de hulplijndiensten (chat en telefoon) in de avonden en nachten. We verwachten hierbij een zelfde mate van professionaliteit en een zelfde niveau van kwaliteit en bereikbaarheid als dat van onze eigen diensten. Daarnaast verwachten we tussentijds heldere en concrete rapportages op deze aspecten, zodat we optimaal en snel kunnen bijsturen waar nodig. De geraamde waarde bedraagt € 9.120.000 over 8 jaar.
Award criteria
- Price — U dient uw prijs aan te bieden conform het aangeleverde prijsinvulformulier (bijlage D). Van belang is dat een prijsplafond van €100.000,- ex. btw wordt gehanteerd.
- Quality — Het gunningscriterium Kwaliteit bestaat uit 4 subgunningscriteria.
