Stichting 113 Zelfmoordpreventie (hierna: “113”) zet zich in voor de landelijke implementatie en doorontwikkeling van het preventieprogramma STORM (Strong Teens and Resilient Minds). 113 heeft het projectmanagement van STORM voorheen zelf uitgevoerd, maar wil deze werkzaamheden nu uitbesteden. Voor een effectieve en modelgetrouwe uitvoering is daarbij gespecialiseerde inhoudelijke expertise, centrale regie en directe toegang tot het onderliggende concept en de bijbehorende methodiek noodzakelijk. €100.000,-per jaar. Looptijd van 2 jaar + 3 verlengingen van 1 jaar.
