Description

The project involves the removal of existing light fittings and supply and installation of LED light fittings as per the specification document (or suggestion of equivalent) and install of PIR sensors in areas, and all associated building and services works, including works contractor and PSCS roles and responsibilities. To survey existing light fitting pre install and survey new LED fittings at post install to identify savings that will be achieved.
