Description

The HSE seeks to award a Contract to a Single Source Supplier, for the provision of a Cyber Training Platform and certification program to enhance the cybersecurity resilience and skill set of HSE CISO team members over three years. The training program must align with NIS2 to ensure compliance with the latest regulatory standards and to prepare HSE's workforce for current and emerging cybersecurity challenges. It should be a standalone Platform which will not be integrated, which will be an out of the box configuration. The system shall be required to run 24 hours over 7 days to support Portal users and is expected to be available at least 99 percent of the time with the exception of scheduled downtime.
