Description
Sarpsborg municipality has started work on a programme for digitalisation of HR processes. This work is an important part of streamlining internal processes in the organisation. The programme thus has sub-projects for onboarding, employee follow-up and sick leave tool. Several HR processes have also been sketched in the programme, but we consider these named sub projects to be the highest priority. The contracting authority would, thus, like to include these sub-projects in a combined procurement.
