Description
Eslövs kommun, Kommunledningskontoret, inbjuder Anbudssökande att få komma med ansökan om att lämna anbud avseende HR-System, Upphandlingens inriktning är en enhetlig systemlösning för HR-system i syfte att effektivisera kommunens processer samt underlätta för användarna ute i kommunen. Upphandlingen omfattar funktioner för utbetalning och administration av lön- och ersättning. Det ska även inkludera funktioner för schemaplanering, digitala anställningsbeslut, löneöversyn, vikariehantering, LAS-hantering, och resehantering. För att komplettera funktioner för ett HR-system kommer upphandlingen även omfatta systemstöd inom rekryteringsprocessen.
