Description
SMTM har ett behov av systemstöd för att möjliggöra digitalisering av befintliga HR-processer och stödja kommande processer kring strategisk kompetensförsörjning och livslångt lärande under arbetslivet. Det ska vara möjligt att genom ett HR-system genomföra och följa upp arbete med kompetenskartläggning och lärande. HR-systemet ska underlätta, förenkla och effektivisera arbetet.
