Description

Detta uppdrag avser ett komplett HR- och lönesystem som levereras som SaaS. Systemet ska stödja HR- och löneprocesser för ett kommunalt bolag med cirka 110 anställda, anställda enligt kollektivavtalet Fastigheter, inklusive både förtroendearbetstid och timanställningar. Systemet ska hantera avvikelserapportering på ett effektivt och användarvänligt sätt, då detta är centralt för bolagets verksamhet. Anbudsgivarens offererade lösning ska möta de krav som ställs i detta upphandlingsdokument med tillhörande bilagor. Utöver nyttjanderätten till Saas-lösningen omfattar upphandlingen även tjänster avseende implementering, integrationer, support och SLA samt styrning, samverkan och utveckling.
