Skansen avser upphandlar ett modernt, modulärt och webbaserat HR‑mastersystem som stödjer hela medarbetarlivscykeln, från rekrytering och onboarding till administration, uppföljning och offboarding. Systemet ska ge medarbetare och chefer en samlad, användarvänlig och lättillgänglig plattform med hög kvalitet och transparens i HR‑processerna. Lösningen ska integreras med Skansens befintliga systemmiljö och levereras som en sammanhållen helhetslösning inklusive införande, integrationer och förvaltning.
