Via deze tender, zijnde "T71675 Hoofdtender 2) SAS-procedure inkoop Jeugdhulp 2025 Twente", kunnen zorgaanbieders zich aanmelden voor de subtenders: Jeugdhulp - Advies en Expertise Jeugdhulp - Crisis Deze onderdelen worden via een SAS-procedure gegund aan een beperkt aantal zorgaanbieders.
