Medicatiecontrole bij medische comorbiditeit Omschrijving van de opdracht De 14 gemeenten kopen in; de medicatiecontrole bij gedragsproblemen (ADHD) en een psychische of gedragsaandoening bij jeugdigen, in situaties waarin sprake is van medische comorbiditeit. Het is aan de inschrijver om aan te tonen dat er bij een jeugdige sprake is van medische co-morbiditeit. Afbakening van de opdracht Medicatiecontrole voor jeugdigen waarbij geen sprake is van medische comorbiditeit valt buiten de opdracht van deze procedure. Dit is als separate opdracht in de markt gezet, zie hiervoor de procedure 'T77945 Subtender Jeugdhulp Ambulant, perceel 5; Medicatiecontrole (exclusief medische comorbiditeit).
